Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been processed orders cannot be cancelled. If you made an error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can ship you the correct item. If your item has already been shipped you will have to follow the return policy.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees are based on weight and location and vary on each order.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We will email you once your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order has been placed, allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks, please email us at email@example.com. If there is a delay in shipping your product you will be notified.
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges or store credit only.
Within 7 days of receiving your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the issue. Once received on our end, we will ship out the new product or issue store credit. All products need to be unworn and in their original packaging. If item appears worn or altered, exchange and store credit will be refused.
Please note: All orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale.
MATHADDICTS is not responsible for shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
